Welcome to PennCamm. We design and build custom cameras based on your input and creative vision. By purchasing, contacting, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Custom Builds

Each PennCamm camera is built to your exact specifications. Once you receive your quote and confirm your design, production begins. Because every unit is custom, changes cannot be made after build confirmation.

All design files, communications, and related materials are confidential — we never share or publish user-generated content.

2. Payments

• Venmo
• PayPal
• Cash (in-person only)
• Payhip – You can securely pay or purchase warranty plans through our Payhip store.

All payments are final once received. We do not accept checks or subscriptions. Work begins only after payment confirmation.

3. Returns & Refund Policy

Because each PennCamm camera is made to order, returns or cancellations are only accepted within 1 week of delivery and only for items that are:

• Defective due to manufacturing error
• Unmodified, unused, and in original condition

No returns will be accepted for user-inflicted damage (drops, moisture, modification, etc.) or after 7 days from delivery. To initiate a return, contact cam@pennbrenn.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

4. Warranty Options

Customers can now choose from multiple warranty plans depending on coverage and duration. Default coverage includes free replacement or repair for manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Permanent (DEFECTS) – Replacement & repair for manufacturer defects only – $0
• 1 Year (ALL DAMAGES) – Repair coverage for any damage – $7.49
• 1 Year (ALL DAMAGES) – Replacement coverage – $14.99
• Permanent (ALL DAMAGES) – Repair coverage for life – $14.99
• Permanent (ALL DAMAGES) – Full replacement for life – $29.99

All warranty purchases can be made directly through Payhip. Proof of warranty purchase is required for service.

5. Warranty Coverage Details

All warranties cover components and labor for qualifying cases. Coverage does not include:

• Intentional or excessive misuse
• Unauthorized disassembly or modification
• Third-party alterations or repairs
• Damage caused by environmental conditions (e.g., water, extreme heat)

If your camera fails under valid warranty terms, we will repair or replace it. Permanent plans do not expire and remain active for the product’s lifetime.

6. Data & Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process quotes, build orders, and deliver your products. We never sell or share your data or creative material. All communication and specifications remain confidential.

7. Liability

PennCamm is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including data loss or project delays. Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product under the applicable warranty.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

9. Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Revisions will appear at cam.pennbrenn.com with an updated effective date.

Privacy Policy (Summary)

PennCamm collects only the data required for quotes, payment, and delivery. We do not share or sell user data or media. You can request deletion of your stored information at any time by contacting cam@pennbrenn.com.
